My mission is to help small business owners in New York City—especially street vendors, food cart operators, barbers, and cleaning service workers—gain access to fair, zero-interest funding to grow their businesses. Through my work with Kiva, I will support entrepreneurs in creating strong, authentic profiles that allow them to share their stories and connect with lenders. I am not a lender; instead, I act as a guide, making the process simple, accessible, and free. Inspired by my years of experience in microfinance and my belief in the power of local entrepreneurship, I aim to increase visibility for these businesses, build trust within the community, and help create real economic opportunities at the neighborhood level.
